Private Sales Offer

  • Eligible items are identified by the "Private Sales" label on the category pages.

Return and Refund Conditions

Returns will incur a flat fee of €8, deducted from your refund.

  • Return fees are flat-rate (€8) and apply even in the case of a partial return

Eligibility Conditions

  • Private offer, subject to creating a customer account
  • -15% off starting from the purchase of 2 marked items
  • Eligible items are identified by the "-15% from 2" label on the category pages.
  • The discount is automatically applied to the cart

Return and Refund Conditions

Refund terms depend on the number of items kept after return. See conditions below.

Full Order Return

If the entire order is returned:
  • The refund will be based on the amounts actually paid,
  • Less return fees, which are flat-rate and non-refundable, amounting to €8.

Partial Order Return

If the initial order included 2 eligible items and only one item is returned:
  • Since the offer conditions are no longer met (minimum of 2 items), the -15% discount is cancelled.
  • The refund is recalculated so that the retained item is charged at its price excluding the promotional code.
  • The €8 return fees are also deducted from the refund.
Consequently, the refunded amount may be less than the price initially paid for the returned item, in order to restore the actual price of the retained item.

Illustrative Example

For an order of 2 discounted items benefiting from the -15% offer:
  • In case of a return of only one item, the promotional discount is cancelled,
  • The price of the retained item is recalculated based on its price alone,
  • The refund corresponds to the difference, minus return fees.

"-10% Welcome" Offer

A code will be sent to you after you subscribe to the newsletter from our website cotelac.fr.

The code is automatically applied in your cart if you are eligible for the offer. The discount will apply in your shopping cart once you have entered your email address.

  • Valid exclusively on the online store
  • 10% discount applied to the price of the eligible item
  • No minimum purchase amount
  • One use per customer
  • Code cannot be combined with other ongoing promotional offers or discounts
