Returns and refund policy
You took advantage of our offer: an additional 20% off when you purchase 2 items.
In the event of a partial return, the conditions of this offer may no longer be met.
If you keep only one item
If, after your return, you keep only one item, the 20% discount that was applied to the item you kept will be automatically deducted from your refund amount.
Since the offer is valid only when you keep at least two items, these conditions are no longer met when one of the two items is returned.
Example
You order:
• Item A: €200
• Item B: €100
You receive the additional 20% discount for keeping 2 or more items, resulting in:
• Item A: €160
• Item B: €80
You then return Item B and keep only Item A.
In this case:
• The 20% discount applied to Item A is canceled, as you no longer meet the offer’s conditions;
• The €40 discount applied to Item A will be deducted from your refund;
• If you used our prepaid return label, €8 will also be deducted in accordance with our return policy.
We encourage you to review these terms before submitting your return request.
In accordance with our return policy, during this promotional event,
if you choose to use our prepaid return label, a flat fee of 8€ will also be deducted from your refund.
You may also choose to arrange your own return.
In this case, no 8€ flat fee will be charged, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
